Happy Easter!

Happy 1st Easter Grayson!!!

After a fun morning opening our gifts from the Easter Bunny and a yummy breakfast we were dressed & off to church. The girls were excited to get new Webkinz and little Webkinz things w/codes for Easter. Caroline got some dress-up stuff so everyone was happy before heading off to church.

After going to church we stopped at the clubhouse to take pictures of the girls in their Easter dresses. Not everyone here in Vegas dresses in their best for Easter, but the girls love their dresses and wanted to wear them - which I love! Not all that easy to get all 3 girls looking & smiling at the camera, but we did our best! Did not have coordinating colors for Grayson, but we still allowed him in the photo:) Hope you all have had a wonderful Easter!

Here's our man!!! The girls absolutely adore their baby brother - not sure he'll ever spend much time on the ground.

As we adjust to life with a newborn I'm not too good at getting things posted on the blog. We're settled in now that Grayson is 2 1/2 weeks. We went to his doctor's appointment on Wednesday and he was 9 lbs 9 oz... growing too quick for me! He is a sweet baby - very laid back and easy going... I guess that's what baby #4 is supposed to do. We look forward to celebrating our 1st Easter with him tomorrow - I hope you all have a wonderful Easter Sunday!

Baby's Here!

We are back home now after having our baby BOY last night! GRAYSON DEAN CASEY arrived yesterday 3/4 at 6:55 pm. He weighs 8 lbs 15 oz and was 21 inches long. I said all along it was a boy as did Caroline, but daddy & the girls said it was another girl... guess mommy knows best! We just praise God for this precious little one to complete the family - how fun to have a little man to raise in His ways.... not sure exactly how, but we'll figure it out:) I know there are a lot of good boy books out there to read! I'll try tomorrow to figure out how to post pictures on this so you all can see our new little guy!

Still Waiting...

I know Ed recently posted that there's no baby...and there is still no baby. I thought for sure we'd have a new little one by now, but my due date is tomorrow so I don't know why I am a little more anxious for this arrival than with the others. The older 2 came right on their due date and Caroline was 5 days early - guess she's the one who got me thinking maybe early. As I have a tough time sleeping because I cannot get comfortable or have to get up and go to the bathroom, or as I'm a little slow moving because of this larger body I now have the baby will kick or move and God reminds me of the little miracle I've helped Him create. He puts it back into perspective for me that a few more days of this are OK and in His timing this little one will be born. Knowing it is my last pregnancy I do try to take time to enjoy being pregnant - feeling this baby move, hiccup, turn...etc. I look at the older girls and being pregnant amazes me even more - how they all start out so small and grow into healthy, strong people is amazing! As we start the new week I hope there will be a post about our new little one, but until then I will continue to enjoy this little miracle growing inside of me. Have a good week!
